Third Quarter 2025 Highlights
Acquisition of Hawthorne Airport as Strategic LA Hub and AI Technology Testbed
Archer has signed definitive agreements to acquire Hawthorne Airport—a unique, historic 80-acre aviation asset in Los Angeles—for $126 million in cash. The property includes approximately 190,000 square feet of terminal, office, and hangar facilities. Originally built in the 1920s and known as Jack Northrop Field, Hawthorne Airport played a formative role in Southern California’s aerospace history.
Strategically located less than three miles from LAX, the airport is the closest aviation facility to major LA destinations such as SoFi Stadium, The Forum, Intuit Dome, and Downtown Los Angeles. Archer plans to transform the site into the operational hub for its planned LA air taxi network, including support for air mobility operations during the LA28 Olympic Games.
The facility will also serve as a testbed for next-generation AI-powered aviation technologies, including AI-enabled air traffic and ground operations management systems developed in collaboration with Archer’s airline and technology partners.

These results mark continued progress toward performance maturity and commercial readiness for Midnight.
Closed Acquisition of Lilium Patent Portfolio, Strengthening Global IP Leadership

- Selected as Korean Air’s exclusive air taxi partner in South Korea**
- Partnered with Japan Airlines and Sumitomo’s joint venture, Soracle, to deploy Midnight aircraft for upcoming urban air mobility projects in Tokyo and Osaka
